Refund policy

All items in my store are fully customizable, personalized and handmade to order. Due to this, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Please make sure you check your personalization details before submitting your order. For those that come with digital proofs please make sure you double check spelling and sign details before approving.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please attach photos and email orders@sjletterco.com so we can evaluate the damage/issue and make it right for you. Replacements will be processed according to the item's standard processing time.
